Granny’s Blueberry Pie
Ingredients:
Crust
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/3 cup shortening
Enough milk to make a soft dough
Filling
1 qt of blueberries
2 tsp lemon juice
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1/3 cup water
Directions:
Combine the ingredients for the crust and roll them out
Cook filling until thick and pour into crust
Back at 425* until golden brown
